Welcome, I am so happy you’re here. It tells me you’re ready to make a change. Giving my 21-day paid PassiveWorkout challenge a try will change your life. I ’ve deliberately given you one thing to focus on—- getting your body movin by using my 56 Basic PassiveWorkout Exercises each day for the next 21-days.

Note, this DOES depend on your fitness level, so if you need to consult your physician, please do that. Just take it slow.

It’s also recommended that you eat very lightly during this challenge because exercising is a mini detox. If you consistently take action by exercising with this challenge, here’s the transformation you can expect.

  • You will lose weight,
  • You will detoxify,
  • You will gradually feel more energized                     

Let’s get right into it.

The main goal of this 21-Day challenge is to get you in the habit of movin your body so that you’re making progress towards reaching your health goals. This challenge will give you more energy and flexibility which will get you moving towards losing weight and getting in shape.

This challenge is only 21-days, but it’s my hope that you’ll go way beyond that. With only one optional rest day per week, you will feel like you’re making progress. You will do this by splitting the 56 PassiveWorkout Basic Exercises by 2. That means every other day you’ll be doing 28 exercises for the next 3 weeks. You could also do all 56 each day. Or you could divide the exercises by 3 or 4 or whatever you are comfortable with, that’s up to you.
