Pricing for my coaching sessions and programs:

  1. One-to-one 20 minute coaching session –   75.00$ [ Sliding scale available on all prices]
  2. One-to-one 40 minute coaching session – 150.00$
  3. One-to-one 60 minute coaching session – 225.00$
  4. One-to-one 2 hour coaching session program over a two week period- 325.00$
  5. One-to-one 4 hour coaching session program over a four week period- 425.00$

I feel a deep sense of gratitude and humility with every opportunity I have to teach someone and know that it is a privilege and an honor to be in this position to help you change your life.

But you are also in a unique position that requires an honest life assessment of where you are and what you are struggling with. So we are equally responsible to create reciprocity or an equal exchange in the process of helping and supporting your personal growth journey.

It will require you to take notes during and then take action after our session. When there is tangible evidence that we’ve uncovered; you can use that information to examine your life and then apply that knowledge to make change.

I strongly believe in the value of coaching, so if you do not feel our time together enabled you to challenge, examine and change your life in a new way or if you feel you didn’t establish new goals and truly make progress. SCHEDULE A PHONE OR SKYPE COACHING CALL BY FOLLOWING THE STEPS BELOW

Step 1:  Click the red button “Up top” that says “GET MY FREE CHEAT SHEET!” This cheat sheet discusses the seven most important workout principles from my new eBook, “Bobby Zapp’s Passive Workout.” This information will teach you tips on how to workout properly, which will motivate you to taking action so you can begin the process of losing weight, getting in shape and so much more. 

Step 2: Contact me at Healing@PassiveWorkout.com or fill out the contact form below requesting an appointment for a coaching or Skype call. Please specify the duration of the session, give me 3 possible times that our session can be scheduled, and send me your phone number and/or Skype username. If it’s a Skype call, I will add you to my contacts on the day of our session. Note: If you’ve never used Skype, go to YOUTUBE.COM and watch a “How to use Skype video.”

Step 3:  Pick the duration of our session. I offer a 20, 40, or 60-minute coaching session via phone or Skype.  *Please check my schedule below for available times.  Also, tell me briefly something about yourself and the obstacle(s) you wish to overcome. Additionally, let me know how you think these issues are holding you back from living a healthier lifestyle.

* My schedule: I usually have coaching appointments between the Hours of – 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (EST), with a 1-hour break from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM and then begin again at 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM (EST). Please feel free to ask me about evening and weekend hours because I’m flexible with my hours do to my schedule.

Step 4: Once I’ve received and read your email, I will send a brief questionnaire for you to fill out; along with the time I’ve selected to confirm our session.

Step 5: There will be a link in the return email I will be sending you, please click on that link and purchase your session. This link will bring you back to my website’s shop page. Of course, you could just purchase your session and then email me with the “order number.” Note: Please check your spam folder if you can not find my email. Once I receive your paid invoice, I will call you at the designated time you submitted.

If you miss our scheduled call, our session will be rescheduled via email. It is your responsibility to email me again to reschedule our new appointment. Please follow the same procedure, there is no charge for rescheduling.

If you do not re-schedule our session, there is no refund, because I could have scheduled another session with another client in the time slot you missed. So please make sure you don’t miss our session.

Other services offered:  I’m also available for consulting and mentoring if you or your company needs expert professional/technical advice to help understand and solve a problem or perhaps it’s more personal were you need a mentor to help get you motivated so you can take your life in a new direction. Whatever the case, please email me and explain your situation, as pricing is structured differently for consulting and mentoring.

Note: My sessions are not cheap. I do this for a reason. I only want to work with those of you who are ready to make a change. In my experience setting high pricing for my coaching translates into major commitment from my clients because they are proving they are ready to make a change.  My goal is to separate the not-so-serious from the serious. So if you’re serious about changing your life, let’s get started making progress so you can reach your true potential.

On the other hand, I suggest if you’re not ready to make a major commitment by scheduling a coaching call.
