ABOUT

Bobby Zapp has been a real estate investor, composer, and entrepreneur for more than 30 years and recently published his first fitness book called--- Bobby Zapp's PassiveWorkout.

He's also enjoyed a modest career in the music business as a singer, songwriter, and performer for more than 30 years and still performs on occasion. If you’re interested in enjoying his music visit his site at, BobbyZapp.com.

His passion for creative thinking started with a poem when he was in the fifth grade. His life has had many twists and turns since, but the one consistent area in his life has always been his passion for health, fitness and holistic wellness.

Bobby Zapp has been studying the topic of health, fitness, and nutrition for more than 30 years. He’s also been practicing yoga, the art of energy healing, and many other physical, spiritual, and mental activities to round out his knowledge and experience on the topic of health and wellness.

He's dedicated himself to inspiring and helping his audience make real progress that leads to change. The PassiveWorkout is a step-by-step process to help facilitate those of you who are action-takers, to lose weight, get in shape, and so much more. It does this by getting you to move your body in some way every day, which will gradually help you change your habits.

Bobby Zapp said, "It’s all about making progress without the dieting pressure mentality because my system is not a diet; it's a way of life or lifestyle. It's simply about getting your body moving every day, hence, the credo of the Passive workout."

“Wherever you are and whatever you’re doing, just add an exercise.”

Bobby Zapp hopes that he can inspire you to realize that you matter more than you know. And if you're not aware of this fact, he will help you realize it. Here's what Bobby Zapp said in our discussion on the topic.

"It's my hope that each student makes a real effort to gather knowledge on the topic of health and nutrition. And with that knowledge, they can begin to make healthier choices that will eventually motivate them to make eating right and exercising a way of life."

Peace, Health and Joy! Thanks, Bobby Zapp
